Lion Don Noland
Inspired by the example of his uncle, Lion Harold Steck, Midland, TX; Lion Don joined the Bennettsville, SC Lions in 1973. An active member of the Harvester, MO Lions since 1980, he has faithfully service his club and fellow Lions as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and currently Secretary. A Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow, he has served his District with distinction as a Zone and Region Chairman, Cabinet Secretary/Treasurer(1988-89) District Governor and Vice Council Chairman (1995-96).
District Governor Bob and International Director Don Noland visited the Zone Meeting in Jonesburg on Monday. DG Bob installed new officers. I had the privilege of inducting 3 new Montgomery City Lions Cathy,Terri and Steve. Welcome in Lions Clubs International. The meal was outstanding and good fellowship with all.

Lion are strengthening the push as we move into the "Next One Hundred" years raising awareness of Diabetes and weaken its impact around the world. Newly elected International Director Lion Don Noland is introduced and then presented with the "Special Tie", passed to him by PID Lion Donal Knipp Had the pleasure of installing the new officers for the Old Monroe Lions this evening. Thank you for the opportunity to share some of our experiences these past few week as ID. Sharing some of this years vision for this years program of We Serve in Action.
Thank you again Lions Clubs International President Naresh and fellow board members. Followed up with toasting marshmallows and fellowship. The end of a productive day and the sunset.
